  • Experience in real estate, cold calling, and lead generation.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).

  • Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with potential leads.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify potential leads and conduct outreach to generate rental inquiries and business opportunities.

  • Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and set up appointments related to business operations.

  • Daily Task Reporting: Submit daily reports outlining completed tasks and progress.

  • Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of leads, property details, and client interactions.

  • Sales & Negotiation: Engage with potential tenants or clients to discuss rental opportunities and business partnerships.

  • Content Accuracy & Creative Thinking: Ensure clear and accurate communication while bringing fresh ideas to improve processes.

  • Computer Processor: at least i3 (for both primary and back-up computers)

  • Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB (for both primary and back-up computers)

  • Primary Connection: running on a 10 Mbps wired plan (above 10mbps preferred)
