An Accounting Virtual Assistant is responsible for collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating the financial position of the company. They record transactions, compile and analyze data, perform audits, assist with budgets and financial forecasting, compute taxes, and report their findings to management and other entities, such as the IRS or investors.
Human Resource Generalist
A Human Resource Generalist is responsible for obtaining, interviewing, and screening AVA candidates. He or she will contact AVA applicants & their contact references and perform background checks to ensure that Advantage is hiring only the top 2% of the screened candidates.
Client Relations Manager
The Client Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are 101% satisfied with our services. He or she will also identify and analyze industry trends to ensure that AVAS is always one step ahead in the growing industry.
